8	The making or termination of appointments to bodies set up by the Council. On 8 October 2014 Members were informed of the resignation of Councillor Nelmes from the Liberal Democrat Group and formation of an Independent Group (comprising of Councillor Chamberlain and Councillor Nelmes). Council will therefore need to consider under the political balance requirements the allocation of seats on Committees.
