2Disclosure of Interests

To receive any disclosure of interests from Members or Officers in matters to be discussed.



Note: Councillors are reminded of their obligations to declare disclosable pecuniary interests personal and/or prejudicial interests in accordance with legislation and the Council's Code of Conduct.



 
3To answer questions (if any) under Council Procedure Rule 14 - subject to the agreement of Group Leaders it is proposed that questions will not be taken 
4To receive and consider a report from the Leader on the termination of the Development Agreement dated 22 December 2004 between the Council and Silverhill Winchester No 1 LtdCL110- 
5To consider any Notices of Motion relating to the business to be discussed (subject to Council suspending Council Procedure Rules to allow late delivery of Notices of Motion and consideration thereof). 
6The making or termination of appointments to bodies set up by the Council.
