To consider the following Notice of Motion to be moved by Councillor Higgins:This Council recognising the need to increase the safety of the residents of the area and the overwhelming support given by local community groups call on the officers in conjuction with the Hampshire County Council to introduce 20MPH zones in residential areas in the District'.
