17Notice of Motion - Council 23 February 2006 - Telecommunication Mast Applications
The following Notice of Motion to be moved by Councillor Bennetts will be considered at Council on the 23 February 2006:This Council calls upon our Member of Parliament in considering the Telecommunication Mast (Planning Control) Bill to support the principle of bringing all telecommunications mast applications under greater local authority control and widening the issues to be taken into account in determining such applications.To consider any issues should the Notice of Motion be referred by Council to Cabinet for consideration.
