Decision:
1. That the Carbon Neutrality Roadmap (October 2022), used as the evidence base from which to develop future carbon reduction strategy, is adopted.
2. That the Winchester District Climate Assembly 2022 report of WinACC/Winchester Together for our Planet, is received and noted.
