Decision:

That the Traffic and Transport Programme September 2021 to 31March 2023, as set out in this report be approved, subject to the following amendments:

(i)            That the Shawford scheme be removed from the programme;

(ii)          That the Highcliffe review be brought forward in the programme, with a specific focus on St Leonards/Dell Road; and

(iii)         That Marnhull Rise and Nightingale Close be included within the Sarum View project.
