Note: As staff at the council work to support critical services, we’re cancelling public meetings to support our residents, councillors and staff adhere to Government guidance on travel and social distancing. Following consultation with the Leader and the Chair of the Committee, the scheduled Planning Committees on Wednesday 8th April and Thursday 30th April have now been cancelled. These were the only city council meetings scheduled to be held during April. Whilst the cancellation of these meetings was unavoidable to protect public health, we recognise that this has an impact and do understand the importance of continuing to deliver our planning service support our communities and economy. We are now actively exploring other options regarding decision making, including considering the introduction of virtual meetings. We will update you on these pages if changes to relevant regulations occur to make this type of meeting lawfully possible - and feasible for our meetings.

The information below relates to the majority of meetings of the council but please note that different rules do apply for registering to speak at meetings of Full Council, Licensing Sub Committees, Planning Committees, Open Forums, and the Standards Hearing and Human Resources Sub Committees and the Appointments Panel.
