Proposal Description: Construction of 3 No treatment rooms at first floor level over existing single-storey pharmacy.
The application was introduced and during public participation, Philip Heiden (Applicant) spoke in support of the application and answered members' questions.
The committee proceeded to ask questions and debate the application.
RESOLVED:
The committee agreed to grant permission for the reasons and subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report.
In addition, the committee agreed to an additional informative that recommended that the applicant or their contractor prepare a Construction Management Plan to be followed as part of the construction process to ensure limited impact to the local highway network and local residents.

2. Page 125 of the report pack should read:
