1.	Appointment of the Vice-Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That Councillor Read be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the 2018/19 Municipal Year.
2.	Apologies and Deputy Members To record the names of apologies given and Deputy Members who are attending the meeting in place of appointed Members.
