Decision:

1.         That the Design Guideline/Policies in the Colden Common Village Design Statement as set out in Appendix 3 of this report, be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document.

 

2.         That the 2012 Colden Common VDS be revoked as SPD following the adoption of the 2020 version.

 

3.         That delegated authority be granted to the Strategic Planning Manager to make minor factual corrections and editing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member Built Environment, to finalise the Design Guidelines/Policies in the Colden Common Village Design statement, prior to publication on the Council website.

Decision:

1.         That the draft revised Micheldever Village Design Statement be approved for public consultation.

 

2.         That delegated authority be granted to the Strategic Planning Manager to make minor factual corrections and editing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Built Environment, to finalise the Design Guideline/Policies in the Micheldever Village Design Statement prior to consultation.

 

3.         That delegated authority be granted to the Strategic Planning Manager to undertake a six week consultation period on the Micheldever Village Design Statement between 14th February 2022 until 28th March 2022 in accordance with the requirements of the Local Plan Regulations 2012.
