To receive any disclosure of interests from Members and Officers in matters to be discussed.

1.         That, taking into consideration the representations received and       making necessary amendments in response, the proposed table of           hackney carriage fares (as set out in Appendix 1 (revised) of the            report), be approved to take effect from 14 November 2022.

1.         That the Memorandum of Understanding, as set out in Appendix A of          the report, be entered into on behalf of Winchester City Council.
