Decision:

1.             That the West Waterlooville Public Art Plan (2024) and the implementation of phase one of the proposed work to be completed in 2024-25 / 2025-26 as set out in the Plan, be approved.

 

2.             That authority be delegated to the Corporate Head of Service: Economy & Communities to incur expenditure of up to £169,998 Section 106 contributions to fund phase one of the proposed work as outlined in the Plan. 

 

3.             That an exception to Contract Procedure Rules to contract additional support from the appointed consultants Studio Response, be approved.
