Standards (Assessment) Sub Committee

Purpose of committee

Terms of Reference:

 

(a)          To hear and determine any individual cases referred by the Council’s Monitoring Officer in relation to the Code of Conduct or any Local Protocols

(b)          To make recommendations to the Standards Committee on any proposed changes to Local Protocols or practices arising from individual cases.
