1. That the introduction of an additional parking tariff for up to 1 hour between 7pm and 8am to be charged in line with the daytime rate (currently £1.80) be agreed in the zone 1 central car parks.
2. That a virtual volunteer parking permit system as set out in paragraphs 11.2 and 11.3 of report DD72 be agreed for organisations that rely on volunteers to provide services to the community within the city centre.
