Reason for urgency:
The decision was not originally included in the Forward Plan because the financial income to be received has increased to exceed the Council’s key decision limit of £250k following last minute negotiations. The reason for the urgency is to secure the contract with HM Courts & tribunal Service.
Under Paragraph 18.2 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules, the Monitoring Officer has received in writing the agreement of the Chairperson of the Scrutiny Committee to this decision being taken.
