Minutes: Proposed by Councillor Clear and seconded by Councillor Learney and unanimously resolved that Councillor Jamie Scott be elected the 827th Mayor of the City of Winchester for the period commencing 20 May 2026.

To move a vote of thanks to the Retiring Mayor. Minutes: Councillor Scott (now Mayor) assumed the role of chairperson.
