Decision:

That the Cabinet Member for Housing:

 

1.    Agreed in principle to the proposal to create a community garden in Winnall, subject to a legal agreement and the required permissions.

 

2.    Agreed the establishment of a constituted community group (subject to point 1), via the Housing and Communities teams, to manage the land as a growing space and as a space for residents to socialise in.

 

3.    Agreed that the council enter into the appropriate legal arrangements with the community group to permit them to manage the land, subject to points 1 and 2 being agreed, as set out above.

 

5.

Shared Ownership Sales Policy (DD79) pdf icon PDF 186 KB

Decision:

1.       That the Shared Ownership Policy be adopted; and

 

2.       That the policy be reviewed on annual basis.
