Appointment of Vice-Chairman to the Forum for 2019/20 As this is the first meeting of the Forum of the 2019/20 Municipal Year, it will be necessary to appoint a Vice Chairman of the Forum. Minutes: Officers clarified that based upon the Forum’s Terms of Reference, that whilst the role of Vice-Chairman is open to any member of the Forum, only a serving Winchester City Councillor is able to Chair a meeting of the Forum. To note the following dates for future meetings of the Forum in the 2019/20 municipal year. 30 Oct 2019 6.30 pm 19 Feb 2020 6.30 pm Minutes: The Chairperson sought the agreement of the Forum to alter the date of the next meeting from 30 October 2019 6.30 pm to the 18 November 2019 6.30pm, which was agreed.
