1.	Chairpersons Announcements Minutes: The Chairperson thanked Members of the Forum, the Public and visiting Councillors for their attendance and asked Forum Members and visiting speakers to introduce themselves.

As this is the first meeting of the Forum of the 2019/20 Municipal Year, it will be necessary to appoint a Vice Chairman of the Forum.
